Site Meter - Adding Sitemeter to a Wiki
On Monobook.php (under /skins usually) you can add it pretty much anywhere.
I added it to the header, just before the Personal bar, where will looks like this
To do the same, on Monobook.php
find
Add the sitemeter code in a line item of the ul (Between a < li > and < /li > tags>)
(replace s24 and sxxxxxx with your counter stuff)
Just to make sure you didn't delete anything, make sure the next line after your sitemetr stuff reads like this:
Save it, upload it to the place it was before.. All Done!

Will this work in Wikipedia? I do not see a place on the wiki pages which allow code to be embedded. Thanks.
This will work on wikipedia but only the wikipedia sysop is allowed access to monobook.php
If you want to add sitemeter to an individual wiki page, just post the html from sitemeter on that page. But be aware that it may be removed, as all wipedia pages are open to "merciless editing".
This sitemeter trick is more useful for people who have their own wiki
